EXPERIENCE/
SKILLS: |
This position requires a minimum of two years broadcast sales experience selling to key accounts and their agencies. Must possess strong conceptual selling skills, a track record of success in new account development, excellent interpersonal skills and a solid customer-focused approach. Reputation for setting the example of excellence both internally and externally. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. |
| JOB SUMMARY: |
Manages and develops local accounts by establishing value for our various assets. Also responsible for developing non-air revenue through custom-built retail-driven programs, internet marketing and database marketing. Compensation is on a guarantee plus commission basis. |

EXPERIENCE/
SKILLS: |
Must have at least 2-3 years experience on-air in a large/medium market - only candidates with this experience will be considered. In addition, candidates should have production skills; knowledge of FCC rules and regulations; and experience operating a control board, remote broadcasting equipment and other related equipment. |

The basic job function is to host various shifts on-air, Monday-Sunday. |

DESCRIPTION: | The Atlanta's Rock Station, 99X.com, and All The Hits Q100 Internship Program allows
college students to gain valuable work experience while they explore
future career opportunities and gain work experience while on a
rotation schedule through ALL of the stations' departments, including
Programming / Production, Promotions, Business Office, Engineering, Web Development
and Sales. This rotation exposes the Interns to the entire radio
station and provides a general introduction to the industry.
